MY ASYLUM

I am an artist. I love to draw weird stuff that comes straight from my mind. Often times I don’t think about what I am going to draw, it just kinda happens. Even the smartest people I know can’t seem to figure out how I do it. I can’t even figure out how I do it.
I love to buy new sketch books and drawing pens before even using up the ones I’ve bought previously. Sometimes I like to go to public events just to sit on the ground and draw.
I have ADHD, anxiety, and am on the Autistic spectrum. I also struggle with self-esteem issues at times. But I cope with it with stupid humor, the kind of humor where things just come to my mind, and I say it and people laugh.
I love to go to antique stores and purchase the freakiest, dirtiest, most terrifying looking baby dolls and take them home and name them. They sleep on my bed with me. Most people think it’s weird but I love it. Same with my collection of animal bones and wet specimens.
I love to watch bad movies. Like, the worst movies ever made. Especially ones with monsters. The worse, the better. I can laugh at them all day.
I love goth clothes. I love trying different hair and makeup styles. Black is my signature color, even my hair and my lipstick are black. Sometimes I get weird looks from others when I’m out, or even get laughed at. But I would rather have that than be someone I’m not.
I am Emily. I am super weird and goofy, but I also do my best to be a great business woman, a loving daughter/sister/friend, and all around just the best person I can be. I love being Emily, Emily is me.

Claude Raymond Design
Jen
I’ve always been known as a bit of a juxtaposition. Deep, insightful, and emotional with a wide streak of wit and quirky humor. You’ll find the same range within my photography. I see such profound beauty in the spaces that others have abandoned. Where “man” begins to decay and nature accepts it as one of its own. I also enjoy capturing “pearls of wisdom” graffiti. Be it blatant profanity, oddly encouraging advice or eyebrow raising verbiage….it all appeals to my vision as an artist.!
Steve
Claude Raymond Design was started by Steve in 2013 after he picked up his tools from a long hiatus . Throughout his time on the Orb called Earth I have been a model maker and sculptor.
I create life like fantasy creatures pulled from some strange bent place in my mind. Some are inspired by 80’s fantasy games, and others are my take on mythological/historical creatures from our past. You will also find creations that are original concepts that pop into our world as my fingers do what they are told by that bent place in his mind.
